Overview

Leads our clients in their quest for smart, strategic marketing. Acts as the business liaison between the client and RAZR staff by communicating client needs clearly to the project team. Ensures outstanding client service by anticipating opportunities, issues and problems, and by proactively responding.

Experienced in navigating key decision makers as it pertains to brand development, content strategy, and digital marketing initiatives. Immediate support to General Manager that drives growth for the business unit by exploring and identifying additional client opportunities, working with account managers, and being a leader for marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

Account Management

Acts as primary point person for all client contact.
Develops account plans to protect and grow revenue and customer loyalty.
Communicates progress, plans and challenges to the General Manager, requesting involvement as appropriate.
Mitigates risks related to client conflict and profit loss.
Provides strategic thinking and a broad business perspective to the client in order to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
Supports other account managers in building marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
Conscientiously manages both the client’s expectations and the team’s ability to meet those expectations.
Leads day-to-day direction of client projects
Plans, strategize and execute as needed for assigned projects
Ensures that all aspects of agency work are of superior quality and are conducted in accordance with agency procedures

Pre-Sale

Accurately represents RAZR’s broad range of capabilities to the client to completely service their needs.
Develops account plans to protect and grow revenue and customer loyalty.
Supports sales by participating in new business development.
Initiates, prepares and reviews project proposals for clients

Financial

Communicates changes to financial forecast to client services team for projects that are being executed; provide senior management with financial forecasting for presale projects
Works with Project Managers to ensure the project schedule is met and budget is on track to manage any concerns in a proactive manner and support Accounting with client invoicing.

Competent in the fundamentals of promotion strategy and delivery
Familiar with large engagement, platform-based programs
Self-starter and problem solver with the ability to navigate through uncertainty
Proactive in learning and developing skills to align to agency and client needs
Ability to forecast and manage project financials
Demonstrates an ability to effectively research in detail, define objectives and use available resources
Thrives in fast-paced environment and is able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Well organized, highly dependable and efficient
Exhibits a positive and friendly attitude

Qualifications

4-year degree in business, marketing or elated discipline or equivalent education + experience
5+ years of marketing experience in the financial industry strongly preferred
5+ years of client relationship management experience in the banking/financial industry preferred
Proficient in Google and MS Office suites
