  • Program Specialist

    The Program Specialist will have a hands-on role in the configuration, maintenance, and execution of programs/promotions utilizing our proprietary rewards platform. This person will collaborate with multiple groups (account and client marketing teams, operations, design, engineering, and external service providers) to ensure that reward programs and promotions are delivered on-time and executed with a high degree of accuracy, and effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience, strong technical aptitude, project management skills and a passion for building reward solutions.

  • Process Improvement Specialist

    Are you a problem-solver, go-getter, and have a passion for continuously trying to improve a process? In the role of Process Improvement Specialist, you are empowered to work collaboratively with our teams to identify and implement best practices across the organization.

  • Call Center Manager

    The Contact Center Manager supervises the daily operations of the internal Customer Contact Center team and our external call center partners, and develops processes and procedures to deliver the highest level of customer service.

  • Executive Assistant

    Seeking an Executive Assistant to perform a wide range of administrative and general office related duties under minimal supervision, ensuring effective daily operations. This person will provide executive support to the senior management team as well as participate in office and HR support.

  • Chief Revenue Office

    The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), develops, executes and leads sales and revenue growth opportunities to achieve the company’s goals. The CRO is accountable for the entire commercial organization to include product development, marketing, sales and account management functions and is responsible for owning the entire revenue generation process. This role will be both strategic and hands-on, managing and working with senior management in order to develop new and advance current revenue models. This position reports directly to the President and serves as a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

  • Account Director — Healthcare/MedTech

    Leads our clients in their quest for smart, strategic marketing. Acts as the business liaison between the client and Grayduck Health staff by communicating client needs clearly to the project team. Ensures outstanding client service by anticipating opportunities, issues, and problems, and by proactively responding.

  • Senior Designer

    Reporting to our COO, this role will be responsible for the creation of a wide range of cross-channel digital work, including websites, emails, banners, mobile apps, print materials, and other creative deliverables. The Senior Designer provides guidance, creative strategy and helps create and maintain high-quality designs that respect clients’ brands. This role involves working closely with strategists, designers, writers, and developers.
