  • Digital Experience Strategist

    The digital experience strategist is highly organized, enjoys working with clients and internal teams — and has a passion for how digital media helps to align and build brands while delivering a consistent and connected user experience. This role will be responsible for the creation of multi-channel digital strategy deliverables, and plays a role in the development of customer experience deliverables, such as journey maps, social listening reports, and SEO.

  • Content Strategist

    The content strategist is digitally savvy, highly organized, enjoys working with clients and internal teams — and has a passion for aligning and building brands and improving user experiences through content. This role will be responsible for the creation of content strategy deliverables and play a key role in the development of user personas, customer journeys, user scenarios, and multi-channel messaging strategy deliverables. This role supports the full project workflow from up-front strategy recommendations to validating content integration and migration, SEO, and support of ongoing nurture campaigns.

  • Program Specialist

    The Program Specialist will have a hands-on role in the configuration, maintenance, and execution of programs/promotions utilizing our proprietary rewards platform. This person will collaborate with multiple groups (account and client marketing teams, operations, design, engineering, and external service providers) to ensure that reward programs and promotions are delivered on-time and executed with a high degree of accuracy, and effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience, strong technical aptitude, project management skills and a passion for building reward solutions.

  • Process Improvement Specialist

    Are you a problem-solver, go-getter, and have a passion for continuously trying to improve a process? In the role of Process Improvement Specialist, you are empowered to work collaboratively with our teams to identify and implement best practices across the organization.

  • Call Center Manager

    The Contact Center Manager supervises the daily operations of the internal Customer Contact Center team and our external call center partners, and develops processes and procedures to deliver the highest level of customer service.

  • Senior Designer

    Reporting to our COO, this role will be responsible for the creation of a wide range of cross-channel digital work, including websites, emails, banners, mobile apps, print materials, and other creative deliverables. The Senior Designer provides guidance, creative strategy and helps create and maintain high-quality designs that respect clients’ brands. This role involves working closely with strategists, designers, writers, and developers.
